WSLL Field Prep Schedule - We Need Your Help |
Opening day is fast approaching and there is still a lot of work to be done preparing the Byron Avenue Fields as well as the satellite fields. At registration, you paid a $75.00 volunteer assessment fee which can be returned by working one session on the fields. The dates and times are as follows:
- Saturday March 13: 8:00-12:00 OR 12:00-4:00
- Sunday March 14: 12:00-4:00
- Saturday March 20: 8:00-12:00 OR 12:00-4:00
- Sunday March 21 (If necessary): 12:00-4:00
- Friday March 26: 10:00-6:00
Bring a good pair of gloves, drinks (water provided), and work shoes or boots; tools are provided. The whole family is welcome, especially your player(s).

Mark's Hope Foundation |
On Opening Day, 2005 we remembered former WSLL player Capt. Mark Stubenhofer, who played with us in the mid-1980s, and was killed in action in Iraq in December. His family has started a foundation to collect school supplies for distribution to children by Mark's former unit in Baghdad.
